Fit4YouMKE LLC was formerly known as a sole proprietorship, Fit 4 You, Traveling Trainer since February 11th, 2011 where I brought the gym to my clients home, place of work, school, church groups and community organizations. The first few years, the focus was all on training individuals and groups throughout the city of Milwaukee and surrounding areas. In 2014, services expanded to health products such as a variety of fruit/veggie smoothies & juices.

In 2017, business expanded to the best selling products of Lavender Lemonade and whipped Lavender Shea Butter products that provided a variety of health benefits for clients and customers. Due to COVID-19, all personal and group workout sessions had to be cancelled for the safety of my own family (wife and 4 children) as well as safety of clientele.
